Terms of service
The agreement between you and Kahoo, in as few words as it can honestly be written.

1. You must be 18 or older
Kahoo is an adults-only service. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are not, you may not use Kahoo, and we will remove accounts we believe belong to minors.
2. What Kahoo provides
Kahoo pairs you with another user for a live video conversation. It is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantee of availability, of finding you a match, or of the quality of any conversation. Guest use is limited to ten minutes of video chat per day.
3. How you must behave
The community guidelines form part of these terms. In short: no nudity or sexual behaviour, no harassment, no hate, no threats, no spam, no scams, no pre-recorded video, and no recording other people without their consent.
4. Enforcement
Credible reports lead to a warning, then a six-month restriction, then — after a served restriction — a permanent ban. The exact thresholds are published in the guidelines. A moderator may act outside those thresholds where a severe violation is confirmed. Every restriction may be appealed once.
5. Content you transmit
Your video, audio and messages travel between browsers. Kahoo does not store them and claims no rights over them. You are responsible for what you transmit and for complying with the law where you are.
6. Other users
Kahoo cannot control what another person does, including whether they record their own screen. Do not share anything you would not want captured. Read the safety guide.
7. Privacy
The privacy policy describes what is collected and why. It forms part of these terms.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using Kahoo and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms or the guidelines are broken.
9. Liability
Kahoo is provided without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the conduct of other users or for any loss arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
These terms may change as Kahoo develops. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the service.
